a|EA is an international association with over 375 members from all over the world. Our mission is to work for the advancement of the profession and practice of enterprise architecture.

Our Journal of Enterprise Architecture (JEA) is the peer-reviewed international quarterly publication of a|EA.

Membership in a|EA is automatically obtained and maintained through subscription to JEA.

a|EAs Community Site is our "townhall" where we host blogs and forums for members and the wider EA community.

a|EA was founded by Scott Bernard in 2004 together with our Founding Partners: Carnegie Mellon University's Institute of Software Research International, Syracuse University's School of Information Studies, and The FEAC Institute.

a|EA is a member of associated Enterprise Architecture organization (aEAo).
